Happy New Year's Eve!
I'm not really one for making strict New Year's resolutions, but I do love reflecting on the year past! So many things happened in 2017, bringing lots of changes and new paths forward. A major new thing was this very website! Launching my own standalone website has been a dream of mine for ages, and I'm so happy I've finally brought it to fruition. It isn't 100% my perfect vision yet, and I'm constantly tinkering with the design, but I am overjoyed to be sharing my passion for geek accessories with the whole world now.
Moving forward, after a short winter break (in which I'll also be moving to a new state and new studio space!) the shop will reopen with fresh new items and vigor. For 2018 I'll be reintroducing my fabric geek goodies, such as purses, pencil bags, and book covers. I also want to bring back my plushies that I made back in the day. It's been a good two years since I sold my Star Trek plushie line but I would love to redesign and relaunch them for 2018!
And of course, I'd love to tackle my next big goal for the shop: sell at a convention! I attend geek conventions pretty regularly on my own for fun, but I would love to table at one as well. If you know of a geek convention that you'd love to see me at, feel free to let me know!
On a personal note, I really want to thank each and every one of you who helped support me this year. I am genuinely so humbled by everyone's continued love and support these past five years. Every review you leave, social media comment, and customer story always makes my heart swell three sizes. Thank you from the bottom of my heart and may your 2018 be amazing!
